We believe that P.E.I will be a great addition to the Province of Canada. P.E.I has extremely fertile lands and they will aid in supplying food for our military. We, in return, will protect them from any invasions or attacks from Great Britain. We look forward to working with P.E.I.

Am I correct by saying that PEI would like to build a University therefore they will not be taking any lumber? Will they not actually export but they would like to use it to build their university?
Negotiations are getting heated with each colony trying to feed their citizens. The percentages have drastically changed, and no one is willign to give up their share. Will tomorrow
