Am I correct by saying that PEI would like to build a University therefore they will not be taking any lumber? Will they not actually export but they would like to use it to build their university?

Correct, PEI will not be taking a part of the lumber industry, to compensate for PEI's more major exports (shellfish, agriculture, potatoes)
